Our Ridgeline Motorsport Porsche Cup Style Steering wheel For F8X/E9X features a fully CNC aluminum panel, ensuring the cleanest look while making sure it can endure the crucible of motorsport.
Control Panel
Our control panel can be fitted with multiple popular steering wheels. We lasered the functions on the control panel instead of on the steering wheel; this way, you can change out the steering wheel easily if the wheel is worn out.
We used high definition lasering machine for labeling the functions onto the control panel; you can identify the functions with a glance of an eye. We also use high-quality tactile cruise control and multimedia switch to ensure you can operate them blindly at night.
Paddle Shifter
We use strong neodymium magnets on our Carbon Fiber Paddle shifter, giving you the most solid tactile shifting sensation, and it will add some extra racecar feeling to your build.
Quick Release Mechanism
We use 7075 T6 Aluminum for our QR mechanism, ensuring the most minor tolerances possible without impacting the smoothness of taking on/off the steering wheel.
Our QR mechanism uses pure copper connectors, ensuring good contact and preventing poor connections during your daily use.
Our wheel features a true plug-and-play installation procedure, we use OEM plugs which will not have any compatibility issues, and you will not be required to do any coding for the wheel to function normally.

When installing our steering wheel set up you WILL NEED TO DELETE THE FACTORY STEERING WHEEL AIR BAG.
Thus for safety reasons, we recommend using our setup along with a proper roll cage, 6-point harness, and HANS device with a crash helmet as our steering wheel setup is STRICTLY FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
We do offer a warranty for product defects such as Paddle shifter/buttons malfunction and misalignment of the adapter hub. However, our warranty does not cover for Installation Errors. Therefore, we recommend finding a certified mechanic to install our steering wheel for you.
Please be careful when handling the clock spring as BMW clock springs are extremely fragile when plugging/unplugging the connector; please make sure you are not putting tension on the clock spring. We recommend taping the clock spring in place when doing the installation, as a misaligned clock spring can cause TC malfunction.
When the connector on the clock spring is exposed, please be extra careful as shorting the pins can blow the SZL fuses or even fry the entire FRM. Therefore, we recommend disconnecting the battery every time when plugging/unplugging the connector.
